In contrast, other states such as "Awaiting Approval," "Draft," and "Review" signify that the policy is still under consideration or has not yet been finalized. During these stages, the policy is not actively in place, which means the Control Objectives do not apply or cannot be executed until the policy moves to the "Published" state.
